What to clarify in a staff transport proposal
A practical checklist for routes, shifts, inclusions and follow-up.
Routes and shifts
Specify meeting points, workplaces, operating days and start and finish times. Record passenger numbers per route and how changes are reported.
Service scope
Agree category, capacity, hours, driver, fuel, waiting and additional charges. Define the process for extra trips rather than leaving it to assumptions.
Monitoring and contingencies
Name a contact on each side and agree how concerns are recorded. If tracking, reporting or standby capacity is needed, specify availability, limits and activation.
Review operations
Review seating demand, meeting points and recurring delays regularly. A route adjustment can matter more than an extra vehicle. This is an operating guide; final terms depend on the agreed contract.
